How do I update my delivery address?

Need to update the delivery details of your order? Just email us at support@flowerbe.co.uk with your order number and the new delivery address, and we’ll take care of the rest! ( Including these details helps us make the change as quickly as possible for you)

 

When should I expect my subscription posy? 

If you’ve chosen a prepaid subscription, your first posy will be delivered on the date you selected at checkout. After that, the remaining posies are sent at the beginning of each month.

If your first delivery is scheduled in the last week of the month, your second posy will be sent the following month instead. This helps avoid two deliveries arriving too close together.

For rolling subscriptions, posies are sent up to 3 working days after your scheduled payment.

 

What can I expect from the size of my posy?

Our posies are designed to fit through the letterbox, so they’re smaller than a traditional bouquet. Each one includes a thoughtfully selected selection of stems, chosen to stay fresh for longer and look lovely as they open up at home.

They’re the perfect size to arrange in a mug or small jar, or you can add one of our posy vases at checkout to create a ready-to-enjoy gift.

 

When will my flowers arrive?

At the start of checkout, you’ll be asked to choose your preferred delivery date using the calendar. Your flowers will then be sent out to arrive on that selected date.

 As we’re based in Wales, customers in Scotland and more remote parts of the UK may wish to choose a delivery date a day or two earlier to help ensure everything arrives in good time.

 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We’re currently a UK-based service and deliver to UK addresses only.
